We require PDF files in order to produce your order. Areas requiring white ink undercoating or spot white elements may require an additional file to demonstrate where the white ink should be printed. If this is the case, we will request it from you after we receive your order.
Most orders can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. However, if the file size is over 10MB, we can also supply an FTP site for upload.
Absent any instruction, we will choose a sheet size and layout that allows for easy shipping and handling. If you require a particular layout, you may either request it with your order submission, or simply submit your graphics already laid out into the sheet size and lay out you require. There are virtually no limits to the size, shape and spacing of the sheets we can produce. However, if smaller labels need to be produced as individually cut sheets (1 up), there may be a small surcharge for this.
If there are Pantone values you'd like preserved, we can reliably print digital matches to these colors, but you must specify a list of Pantone values in your order submission. Any colors not specified as requiring Pantone matches will be rendered with our generic profiles. They'll be close matches, but not as close as if you specify the code for us.
You can specify any custom cut path you desire by simply drawing them in as vector paths. They do not need to be saved in a separate file.
Your labels will be trimmed to a finished sheet size. You may request any sheet size you like, but if one is not specified, we will choose an appropriate layout for you. All orders are shrink wrapped and padded for safe delivery. For most orders, you will receive your order in approximately 1 week from the date you give final approval. Your invoice and samples of printed labels will be included in the package we send you, but will be enclosed outside the shrink wrapped order for your customer. Your invoice will be well marked to your attention.
